For one of our clients in the Telco industry, we are looking for IT Process Analyst Order to cash

Analysis and advice on the specification of new, needs-based requirements / optimization measures based on the business models for the order-to-cash sector
Creation of solution concepts for process optimizations in the existing value chain as well as planning and control of necessary steps for implementation in the transformative project (RAITT)
Preparation of information for management decisions within the framework of Fit and RAITT
Development of an end-to-end process view in an order-to-cash context, including upstream and downstream processes as well as relevant IT systems and interfaces, as well as taking into account the applicable accounting standards according to IFRS & HGB and taking into account the requirements of the respective departments
Development of optimization potentials with the aim of increasing the input data and information granularity in the respective target systems with coordination of the contributions of the experts from the order-to-cash area
Advice on the definition of or requirements in the respective transformation initiatives within the Fit program, coordination of the specialist contact persons and testing after implementation as well as implementation of necessary tracking
Development and further development of quality measures within the value chain, taking into account all relevant business transactions, Reporting requirements and derivation of optimization measures
