RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Devising a comprehensive product strategy plan in alignment with a Tangentia's goals and long-term objectives for TiA
• Conducting extensive market analysis to understand current trends, user pain points & needs and market opportunities and present them as case studies to the Practice and Senior Management
• Evaluate and understand the competition and implement suitable mitigation  
• Communicating the Senior Management and product's vision to the product owner and implementation team and supervise product development process from initiation until delivery.
• Coordinating with product owners to stay updated on project progress, potential risks or challenges, resource allocation, budgets and timelines.
• Encourage and motivate team members to continually improve the TiA product.
• Collaborating with and obtain continuous feedback from customer facing teams including Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Success to understand the product acceptance and engagement.
• Directly engage with Customers, Partners and external stakeholders to solicit feedback and improvement opportunities for TiA
• Ascertain compliance with ISO and SOC standards

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Either a Technical Masters degree or Technical Bachelor degree with either a Business management degree or a certification in product management
2. Minimum 5 years as Product Manager for a IT SaaS product or platform
3. Strong communicator, excellent English articulation skills
4. Strong Strategic thinking, Engagement and Collaboration skills
5. Flexibility and Adaptability in terms of Technologies, Business Focus as well as direction
6. Experience working in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare or Automotive Industry
7. Experience working with International customers in either EU or North America
8. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
9. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to get Hands-on with the job
10. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams 
11. Exposure to / Understanding of Low Code Development
12. Exposure to / Understanding of Mobile / App Development
13. Exposure to / Understanding of Automation and AI / Analytics
