Position Title: Packaging Development Engineer(Entry to middle level)

Job Description:
Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
Experience in food packaging.
Flexible, rigid, folding cartons, corrugated.
Automated lines , plant trial, coordination, planning and execution experience.
Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
Conduct line trials
Conduct lab testing
Develop packaging specifications
Candidate Requirements
• Diploma/Graduate/Engineering in Packaging or related field.
• 3 +years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for Food or related industries
• Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Spanish is must.
