Position Title: Packaging & Mold Development Engineer

Location: Mexico

Category: Consumer Products.

Job Type : 6 months, possibility of extension(Full-time, Onsite)

Work Status : Candidates who are native & local and do not require work visa to be sponsored are preferred.

Job Description:

• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
• Mold development, Injection molding, blow molding.
• Expect to conduct the qualification of the pkg components.
• Conducting dimensional analysis of pkg as well as plant trials , lab testing's and scale ups at their production plants.
• Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
• Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
• Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
• Conduct line trials
• Conduct lab testing
• Develop packaging specifications

Candidate Requirements

• BE/PG in Packaging or related field.

• Experience in Packaging & Mold development for CPG, Consumer products or related industries.

• Good communication skills both oral and written in English & Spanish.
