Entry Level Inside Sales

We’ve been fortunate enough to have an awesome team since day one and are looking to grow by adding an Inside Sales Representative.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in acquiring new clients, working with both inbound and outbound leads to sign on new business.
What your day may entail:
  • Developing, researching, and qualifying prospective customers in your territory.
  • Reaching out to prospects by phone and email.
  • Hitting aggressive outreach sales targets on a weekly basis.
  • Using insights from sales metrics and your own creativity to improve your performance requirements.
Who you are:
  • You’re reliable and able to be to work on time and contribute to your team.
  • You’re motivated and the type of person that will look for something to do versus needing to be told what to do.
  • You can adapt to changes in the sales process. What might be working one month might not work another.
  • You’re tech-savvy. We are selling web-based software and expect that you can understand the product and answer most client questions during the sales process.
  • You’re personable on the phone and emails are well-written. You easily connect with people.
  • You have good communication skills and the ability to overcome objections.
  • You have patience, empathy, and persistence in a customer-facing context.
